Bodo Kaiser successfully defended his PhD thesis!
Bodo successfully defended his PhD thesis “Nuclear-spin qubits and Rydberg interactions in ytterbium-171” — congratulations, Bodo! As the first PhD student on the Ryd-Yb machine, he set up the experiment from an empty lab: the entire infrastructure, the vacuum chamber, and the design of the magnetic-field coils. He was then joined by Yilong and later Amin to reinforce the team.
